Thinking About our Final Values Video
Positive Comments:
1. This post is from Cassandra’s group. The positive comments that were most meaningful to us were from Cassandra and she told us that we do not need to add anymore shots to our film. That was helpful because we were unsure if we needed to re-film and add some clips. In addition, Cassandra told us that they liked the shot of the two baseball players walking towards the baseball field, and that helped us see that we did a good job filming that section of the video
2. This post is from Lizzy and Luis. The positive comments that were most meaningful to us were from Lizzy and Luis. They told us that they liked the shot of Demi and Jorge talking about leaving or telling the person that they broke their windshield, and that was helpful because we know that shot was effective. In addition, they told us that we need to add music, and that helped us see that music will make this shot even more effective.
3. This post is from Bree and Liz. The positive comments that were most meaningful to us were from them and told us that they liked the pitching scene because it was realistic, and that was helpful because we now know that we did a good job filming that scene. In addition, they told us that they liked our title, and that helped us see that we used a good style and font to catch the viewers attention.
4. This post is from Cristabel and Jessica. The positive comments that were most meaningful to us were from them and they told us that they especially like the shot where the boy runs away but the girl stays because it helps emphasize the idea of good vs. bad choices, and that was helpful because it shows we did a good job emphasizing doing the right thing is better than doing the wrong thing. In addition, they told us that we did a good job editing, and that helped us see that all our hard work paid off.
Suggestions:
1. The two best suggestions we got were from Luis and Lizzy, they said that we should use music when Demi and Jorge run off to add tension to the overall effect of the film. We agree with this suggestion, and our plan to address it is to add music at this point .they also suggested that we should fix our editing. We agree with this suggestion, and our plan to address it is to re-edit some shots.
2. The two best suggestions we got were from Bree and Liz, and they suggested that we should use a dissolve, or a fade to black instead because it was very confusing that the locations changed so suddenly without a proper transition, We agree with this suggestion, and our plan to address it is to change the transitions between the two conversations.
3. The two best suggestions we got were from Julissa and Ryan, and they suggested that we could also add a resolution to show that the boy learned a lesson somehow. We agree with this suggestion, and our plan to address it is to add to the ending.
4. The two best suggestions we got were from Cristabel and Jessica and they
suggested that we should add the sound of shattering glass. We agree with this suggestion, and our plan to address it is to put a shattering glass sound effect.

Values Reflection
1) The value we are trying to represent is honesty and doing the right thing.
2) I think our group has reacted well to having to make changes. We have had to change many things to get our video to work. I think we also have done a very good job working together.
3) We still need to complete the credits and the music in our video.
4) We want feedback on how our video is flowing and what type of music we should put into our video to help keep the mood.
5) One challenge we have faced is we had to re-write our script three times. It was very frustraing because we had to make our characters teenagers and to before they were young kids. We also had to make it possible to film everything at school because we were not able to meet outside of school due to conflicting schedules. We had to leave out certain parts of our video since our characters have changed.

Rule of Thirds Reflection
Casey and Jayy
1) rule of thirds: The person on the left should be bigger on the screen and should be placed more to the left. This way, we will be able to see Jayy more and see her reactions better.
2). relative sizes of the actors on screen: The person on the left appears smaller. The person on the right appears bigger. This gives me the impression that Casey id more dominant than Jayy.
3. What I realize from looking at this shot is that it is important to make sure you can see each of the characters reactions and not focus just on the back of the person's head.
Damen and Michael
1) rule of thirds: The person on the left is the perfect size on the screen and should be placed more to the right. This way, we will be able to see a little bit more of Damen. Michael should move to the right so we have more focus on him.
2). relative sizes of the actors on screen: The person on the left appears bigger than the of the right. The person on the right appears smaller. This gives me the impression that Damen is more dominant than Michael in the conversation.
3. What I realize from looking at this shot is that it is important to make sure each person is placed so you can see them clearly.
Ryan and Lisa
1) rule of thirds: The person on the left is a good size on the screen and should be placed more to the right. This way, we will be able to know Ryan is not awkward in the conversation.
2). relative sizes of the actors on screen: The person on the left appears bigger. The person on the right appears smaller. This gives me the impression that Ryan is more dominant than Lisa in this shot.

#5
1) rule of thirds: The person on the left should be bigger on the screen but is placed perfectly in the shot. This way, we will be able to see the person on the left closer.
2). relative sizes of the actors on screen: The person on the left appears smaller. The person on the right appears bigger. This gives me the impression that the person on the right is more dominant than the person on the left.

#6
1) rule of thirds: The person on the left should be (smaller on the screen and should be placed more to the left. This way, we will be able to fit the rule of thirds more and not see the person on the left too close up.
2). relative sizes of the actors on screen: The person on the left appears smaller. The person on the right appears bigger. This gives me the impression that the person on the right is more dominant than the person on the left. And the person on the left is less dominant in the shot.
3. What I realize from looking at this shot is that it is important to make sure each person is placed rght. These people were too close, and it resulted in a close up of each person and the rule of thirds was not really followed. ________________________________________________________________________________.
